This was based on the scene on Hetaoni where england and japan fought Steve in the annex.
A little explanation about England's 2P self:
Since 2P is an another color version of the original, I decided to color England's military uniform brown. I don't want to use the other's 2P version of England because to me, it's like stealing other's work so I tried my best to create my own design and such but sadly, it's not that great.
This took a week to do (because I only had nights to work on this.)
It's my first time coloring using photoshop so sorry if it's not that great.
